The 21st China agricultural products processing industry investment and Trade Fair (hereinafter referred to as "China Agricultural processing fair") jointly sponsored by the people's Government of Henan Province and the Ministry of agriculture is scheduled to be held in Zhumadian City, Henan Province, from September 6 to 8, 2018.

Key activities
1. Agricultural products production and marketing docking and special agricultural products promotion activities in poverty-stricken areas. Organize more than 100 domestic and foreign purchasers, traders, large supermarkets, wholesale markets, circulation enterprises, e-commerce enterprises, etc. to carry out characteristic agricultural product promotion, docking negotiation and signing activities with some poor areas of provinces (regions) and 28 poor counties around Beijing and Tianjin.
2. Release, negotiation and signing of key projects of agricultural product processing industry. Promote a number of agricultural product processing industry projects with high scientific and technological content, ecological environmental protection and high quality and efficiency, organize and guide famous agricultural product processing enterprises, key leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization, specialized agricultural product processing cooperatives, financial investment institutions, chambers of Commerce and associations with investment intention at home and abroad to carry out negotiation and docking activities, and sign a number of key investment and trade projects.
3. Forum on the development of agricultural products processing industry. Relevant leaders, well-known experts and scholars will be invited to conduct in-depth discussions on the theme of rural revitalization, agricultural product processing industry development and agricultural supply side structural reform, so as to promote the transformation and upgrading of agricultural product processing industry, improve quality and efficiency.
4. Release and signing of scientific research results of agricultural products processing. 7. agricultural products processing export enterprises, "one belt and one road" trade manager training course. Organizing the managers of domestic agricultural products processing export enterprises, focusing on the policy orientation and development trend of China's agricultural product processing industry, and carrying out training on the policy environment, cultural background and investment and trade of the "along the way" countries.
6、 Main activities
（1） Opening ceremony. At 9:30 on September 6, the opening ceremony was held in Tianzhong square, Zhumadian City. Tour after the opening ceremony.
（2） Agricultural products production and marketing docking and special agricultural products promotion activities in poverty-stricken areas. At 9:00 on September 6, the promotion activities of characteristic processing agricultural products were held in Zhumadian staff activity center, some provinces (districts, cities), poverty-stricken areas and 28 poverty-stricken counties around Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, and the signing ceremony of agricultural product purchase and trade project was held at 11:30.
(three) signing ceremony of key projects. At 11:00 on September 6, the signing ceremony of key investment projects was held in Zhumadian Convention and Exhibition Center.
（4） The project of agricultural products processing scientific research results is released, recommended and signed. From September 6 to 8, the exhibition and promotion of scientific research achievements of agricultural products processing industry was held in Tianzhong square, Zhumadian City. At 11:30 on September 6, the release and signing ceremony of scientific research achievements transformation project was held in Berlin International Hotel, Zhumadian City.
（5） Forum on the development of agricultural products processing industry. At 14:30 on September 6, a forum on the development of agricultural products processing industry was held in Berlin International Hotel, Zhumadian City.
（6） International agricultural products processing industry cooperation and exchange activities. At 15:30 on September 6, an international agricultural products processing industry cooperation and exchange activity was held in Tianlong Hotel, Zhumadian City.
（7） Press conference. At 10:00 on September 7, the 21st "China Agricultural processing fair" press conference was held at Zhaorong International Garden Hotel, Zhumadian.

（1） Product exhibition area
1. Comprehensive exhibition area. A comprehensive exhibition area for the development of national agricultural products processing industry is set up on the first floor of Zhumadian Convention and Exhibition Center to display the integrated development results of national agricultural products processing industry and rural primary, secondary and tertiary industries, and provide a special booth for each provincial delegation free of charge. On the second floor, Henan agricultural products processing industry exhibition area is set up, which provides a special booth for the delegation of cities under the jurisdiction of Henan Province free of charge.
2. Green food exhibition area. Green food exhibition area is set up in the central area of Tianzhong square. 150 standard booths are provided free of charge to display green and organic food. The exhibitors shall arrange the exhibition with relevant certificates.
3. Exhibition area of scientific research achievements. In the central area of Tianzhong square, there is an exhibition area for scientific research achievements of agricultural products processing industry, providing 2520 square meters of exhibition area for scientific research institutes and colleges and universities free of charge.
4. Exhibition area for overseas enterprises. In the central area of Tianzhong square, there is an exhibition area for overseas enterprises, with 150 standard booths provided free of charge. The exhibition will be arranged by all exhibitors.
5. Featured high-quality agricultural products exhibition area. In the central area of Tianzhong square, there is a display area for Featured high-quality agricultural products, and 10 counties and cities directly under Henan Province and Zhumadian City are organized to exhibit Featured high-quality agricultural products.
6. Exhibition area of agricultural products processing machinery. The exhibition area of agricultural products processing machinery is set up in Tianzhong square to provide 40 special booths for domestic and foreign agricultural products processing machinery and agricultural equipment enterprises free of charge. The exhibition will be arranged by all exhibitors.
7. Exhibition area of industrial poverty alleviation achievements. On the third floor of the Convention and Exhibition Center, there will be an exhibition area of poverty alleviation achievements of agricultural products processing industry, focusing on inviting and organizing the Ministry of agriculture to designate poverty alleviation areas, poverty-stricken areas around Beijing and Tianjin, deep poverty-stricken areas and poverty-stricken counties in Henan Province to display the poverty alleviation achievements of industry.
（2） Product trade zone
Set up product trade zone in Tianzhong square. Around the grain and oil processing, livestock and poultry processing, fruit and vegetable processing, condiment processing, leisure and health products and other industries, carry out product trade activities. 1000 standard booths will be provided, each booth will be charged 1200 yuan, and each exhibitor will arrange the exhibition.
