● Exhibition Procedure:

1. Fill out the "Exhibition Application Form" and mail or email it to the conference team. The booth will follow the principle of "apply first, pay first, arrange first";

2. Within one week after applying for the booth, the exhibition fee [50% (deposit) or full payment] shall be wired or paid to the conference team, and the remaining balance shall be paid before November 1, 2025; Exhibitors are requested to send the bank remittance receipt to the exhibition and conference team after remitting various fees;

3. Send the company's Chinese and English introductions and advertising documents (if any) in electronic format to the exhibition and conference team before October 1, 2025. Please inform us in advance if translation is required;

4. Arrange exhibition matters (hotel, transportation, construction, exhibition equipment rental, on-site translation, etc.) according to the Exhibition Service Manual.
