In order to actively promote the construction of smart agriculture and digital rural areas, leverage the advantages of digital technology, and promote high-quality development of agriculture and rural areas, the 2025 China (Nanjing) Digital Rural Expo and the 9th China (Nanjing) International Smart Agriculture Expo will be held from June 20-22, 2025, with the aim of "digital empowerment of rural revitalization and innovation leading the future of rural areas".

The China (Nanjing) International Smart Agriculture Expo was founded in 2016 and is one of the most professional and largest exhibitions in the field of smart agriculture in China. More than 1200 domestic and foreign smart agriculture enterprises from 30 countries and regions have been attracted to participate in the exhibition, with over 130000 people visiting and attending. Leaders from provincial and municipal authorities have visited the exhibition multiple times and given high praise. According to the overall requirements of accelerating the construction of digital rural areas in China, the exhibition will include digital rural content from 2022, becoming the first comprehensive exhibition in the field of digital rural areas in China.
