1、 Preface: 

At present, China is in a critical period of moving from a nuclear power giant to a nuclear power powerhouse, and the nuclear power industry is facing a historical opportunity to develop with high quality and become a leading player in the world's nuclear power industry. After years of cultivation and support, Shandong has entered the forefront of the industry in the research and development of advanced nuclear energy technology and the manufacturing of nuclear power equipment, becoming an important innovation and development base for China's nuclear power industry. The most fundamental and core prerequisite for the development of nuclear power is to ensure the absolute safety of nuclear power operation. Nuclear power operators, equipment suppliers, and service providers have gradually entered the profitable testing and maintenance market. It is expected that by 2030, the global market size for nuclear power plant operation and maintenance services will reach 69.33 billion US dollars. With the continued construction of nuclear power projects in China, the nuclear power operation and maintenance industry will continue to grow and develop, playing an irreplaceable role in ensuring energy security and promoting the development of clean energy.

In this context, the "2025 China International Nuclear Power Operation and Maintenance Equipment and Technology Exhibition", hosted by the China Machinery Industry Federation and the China Association for the Promotion of Nuclear Safety and Environmental Culture, co organized by China National Nuclear Corporation, State Power Investment Corporation, China General Nuclear Power Group, Huaneng Nuclear Power Company, and hosted by the China Electrotechnical Society, Yantai Nuclear Power Research and Development Center, and Beijing Qifa Exhibition Service Co., Ltd., will be held from September 24-26, 2025 at the Bajiaowan International Convention and Exhibition Center in Yantai. Aiming to strengthen the supply and demand docking of nuclear power operation and maintenance, enhance maintenance technology and services, create a first-class nuclear power operation service platform, and explore the problems existing in development. At that time, more than 300 domestic and foreign enterprises and research institutes will participate in the exhibition, allowing the public to understand nuclear safety and support the development of the nuclear power industry.

5、 Exhibition Procedure:

Fill out the booth application form, stamp it, and mail or fax it to the organizing committee of the conference. Within one week of applying for a booth, the exhibition fee [50% deposit or full payment] shall be wired or paid to the organizing committee. The principle of booth allocation is "apply first, remit first, arrange first", and the remaining balance shall be paid in full before August 10, 2025.

After receiving the "Exhibition Application Form" and booth fees, the organizer will send the "Exhibitor Handbook" to the exhibitors. The transportation of exhibitor accommodation products and other matters will be subject to the "Exhibitor Handbook".

7、 Parallel events of the exhibition:

Exhibitors can apply to hold special conferences, with a cost of 15800 yuan per session for domestic enterprises and 4000 euros per session for foreign enterprises (90 minutes or less will be charged per session).
