The 21st China Ice Cream Cold Food Exhibition (referred to as "China Ice Cream Exhibition") will be held from March 6-8, 2026, at the Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center (Bao'an). The China Ice Cream Cold Food Exhibition, abbreviated as "Zhongbing Exhibition", is divided into three seasons: spring, summer, and autumn.
