Exhibition Notice

1. All participating companies' exhibited products should have valid "Hygiene License", "Food Circulation License", "Business License", "Trademark Registration Certificate", "Trademark Authorization Certificate", "Import Commodity Inspection and Quarantine", "Trademark Use Right Registration Certificate", "Intellectual Property Registration Certificate" and legal approval documents for the products, etc. The quality of the exhibited products has been tested by nationally recognized testing institutions and meets relevant standards.

2. After confirming the exhibition, contact the organizing committee personnel, select the ideal booth, and carefully fill out the exhibition application and contract form. After affixing the official seal, fax or mail it to the organizing committee. Once the application form is signed and stamped, it has the same legal effect as the contract, and the pictures or copies are valid. Booth allocation: Apply first, pay first, confirm first!

3. In order to maximize your effectiveness, the customer service department of the organizing committee will provide one-on-one service for you. You only need to list the customer range or customer names you need, and the organizing committee will strive to invite you to visit and negotiate with you.

4. To showcase the company's strength and establish its corporate image, the organizing committee has set up a naming and co sponsorship plan. Interested companies are requested to request relevant co sponsorship plans and return regulations from the organizing committee!

5. During the exhibition, it is strictly prohibited to bring flammable and explosive dangerous goods as well as pets into the venue. If any adverse consequences are caused as a result, the responsible person shall bear all legal and economic compensation responsibilities.

6. It is strictly prohibited to connect power sources without permission at the exhibition site. If this causes serious accidents such as personal injury or fire, the perpetrator shall bear all legal responsibilities and compensate for all economic losses.

7. Strictly fulfilling the provisions of the Exhibition Contract, if the payable amount is not paid before the agreed date, the organizer has the right to refuse the defaulting enterprise to enter the venue for exhibition. The losses caused by this shall be borne by the exhibitor, and the complying party has the right to hold the defaulting party liable for breach of contract compensation.

8. The "Booth Certificate" is a valid proof of the identity of the enterprise participating in the exhibition. Without this certificate, the organizer will not handle the procedures for exhibition setup, participation, and withdrawal. Please keep it properly for all participating enterprises.

9. All attendees during the exhibition shall strictly abide by relevant national laws, regulations, and management systems of the exhibition center. The organizer shall not be held jointly liable or liable for economic compensation for any consequences arising from violations of laws, regulations, or venue management systems.

10. It is strictly prohibited to transfer or combine booths without authorization, otherwise the organizer has the right to revoke the right to use the booth.

11. Strictly prohibit counterfeit, infringing, and imitation goods from entering the exhibition site for trading and sale. Once discovered, the organizer has the obligation to assist market regulatory agencies in handling it in accordance with the law.

12. During the exhibition, all exhibited products are not allowed to be sold for retail. If it is necessary to handle samples, a receipt must be issued to the buyer for traceability purposes.
