Exhibition/Booking Process

After your company confirms to participate in the exhibition, please fill out the "Exhibition Application and Contract" and affix the official seal, and send it to the Secretariat of the organizing committee via WeChat, email or fax.

After obtaining confirmation from the Secretariat, the exhibition fee (50% advance payment or full payment) shall be wired to the account of the organizing company within seven days.

After receiving the exhibition fee, the Secretariat of the Organizing Committee immediately issued an invoice of equal amount for the booth fee to the participating units.

Booth allocation is based on the principle of first come, first served, and first served.
