Exhibition process:

1. Exhibition registration: Intending participating companies shall submit their company information certificates and send them to the host/organizer for review, and sign the exhibition contract;

2. Exhibition Confirmation: After the intended exhibiting company pays the full amount, the host/organizer issues an "Exhibition Confirmation Letter" to confirm the qualification;

3 Exhibition preparation: 3.1 Luxury booth exhibitors must display the company logo on the booth lintel within the specified time+

The company name [must be consistent with the Business License] is sent to the main/undertaker for production; 3.2 Special booth exhibitors shall apply for booth design drawings, electricity consumption, and related construction materials one month in advance.

4. Exhibition registration: The organizer shall send an exhibition confirmation letter to the exhibitors before the exhibition is arranged; Exhibitors will come to the site on the day of exhibition to verify registration, exhibition setup, and exhibition.

Due to the limited number of booths, booth reservations follow the principle of first come, first served. The organizing committee kindly reminds exhibitors to book as soon as possible.
