The Yellow River Water Conservancy Commission has further improved the Implementation Plan for Smart Water Conservancy Pilot Work in the Yellow River Basin in accordance with the overall requirements of the 2019 Smart Water Conservancy Overall Plan and the Smart Yellow River Implementation Plan issued by the Ministry of Water Resources.
