Fill in the "Exhibition Receipt Form" as required and fax it to the exhibition organizer.

All expenses for exhibition can be paid in two ways: first payment means that all expenses will be paid within 3 days after the contract is signed or the booth is confirmed; Two phase payment means that 50% of the total amount shall be paid within three days after the contract is signed or the booth is confirmed, and the balance shall be paid 30 days before the opening of the exhibition.

After confirming the booth, the organizer will send the Exhibitor's Manual to the exhibitors, including the introduction of the exhibition hall, the transportation of exhibits, the design and construction of the booth, the accommodation arrangement

Information about renting goods. Exhibitors must fill in the relevant forms in the manual as required and return them to the organizer before the deadline.

Booth allocation shall be based on the principle of "booking first, payment later".
