Founded in 1998, Dalian Housing Trade Fair is one of the earliest real estate trade fairs in China. It holds three sessions of spring, summer and autumn every year. The exhibition is hosted by the Organizing Committee of Dalian Housing Trade Conference and undertaken by Dalian North International Exhibition Co., Ltd. with strong support from government departments.

At the beginning of housing monetization reform in 1998, Dalian Housing Trade Fair was established with the help of policy. The first real estate fair was held in Dalian Xinghai Exhibition Center in August of the same year, with 48 booths. Since then, Dalian real estate sales entered the era of "exhibition".

Through the careful operation of the main organizer, at present, the number of booths in each exhibition is nearly 1000. Whether it is the level of exhibition decoration or the number of exhibitors; whether it is the exhibition area or the popularity of the scene, Dalian real estate fair is in the forefront of similar exhibitions in China. Every exhibition, the organizing committee will launch a series of supporting activities to enrich the exhibition content and give back to the buyers. It has become an important channel for Dalian real estate enterprises to exchange and interact with the people to sell houses, build brands, buy houses and understand market information at the real estate fair.

In addition, in recent years, with the increasing influence of the exhibition, the radiation of Dalian Real Estate Fair has expanded to the cities of outer Fu, and northeast citizens such as Harbin, Daqing, Qiqihar, Shenyang, Anshan and Changchun also take the exhibition as an important channel to buy property in Dalian.

Adhering to the tenet of "serving the real estate enterprises and the people", Dalian Real Estate Fair will, as always, strive to build a more convenient trading platform for the real estate enterprises and the buyers, and make due contributions to the prosperity of the real estate market, the people's housing and the urban development.
