In order to give full play to the comprehensive advantages of the Yangtze River Delta region, such as strong industrial foundation, military industrial agglomeration and complete supporting elements, gather the advantageous resources of military and civilian innovation, improve the mechanism of military and civilian cooperation platform, promote the collaborative innovation of military and civilian, and accelerate the formation of a deep integration development pattern of military and civilian, Shanghai dual-use science and Technology Promotion Association and Shanghai National Defense Science, technology and Industry Association are scheduled to open in 2020 On September 28-30, the "2020 Yangtze River Delta high tech achievements fair" was held in Shanghai international purchasing Exhibition Center. Among them, Minhang exhibition area and docking activities will be specifically implemented by Minhang District Science and Technology Committee and Shanghai foresight Innovation Research Institute. Now, high quality projects are collected from relevant enterprises to participate in the fair.

1、 Registration conditions

1. Enterprises (units) registered within the territory of the people's Republic of China, with Chinese citizens as the legal person; good professional ethics and social image of law-abiding, honest management; overall good in scientific research and production capacity, financial status, sustainable development, etc.

2. Product or technical terms: aerospace, ship and ocean, electronic information, artificial intelligence and unmanned systems, new energy, new materials, integrated circuits, high-end equipment, biomedicine and other key fields, with the advanced degree reaching the domestic or international advanced level, and the core technology has independent intellectual property rights.

3. Products or technologies have strong correlation with the field of weapons and equipment, and play an important role in improving the performance of equipment and promoting the development of equipment; typical application results of "military to civilian" with strong market development potential.

2、 Registration method and process

（1） Achievements display

The standard exhibition stand of enterprises in Minhang District is free of charge. Those who are willing to participate in the exhibition are requested to fill in the attached table 1 "application form for exhibition" and attached table 2 "project collection form" before August 10, 2020,
