China International Food & Beverage Fair (hereinafter referred to as "Food & Beverage Fair") is a key exhibition in the field of domestic trade and circulation sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce. The first 2016 food and Beverage Fair was successfully held in Changsha by five exhibitions: the 10th China Food Expo, the 3rd China catering Expo, the 3rd China (Changsha) International Food Expo, the 11th Hunan cuisine culture festival and the 10th Beijing International Coffee Expo.
