China International Food & Beverage Fair (hereinafter referred to as "Food & Beverage Fair") is a key professional exhibition in the field of domestic trade and circulation of food and beverage industry, sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce and Hunan Provincial People's government. The first exhibition was held in 2016. In the past five years, the catering industry has always adhered to the development direction of specialization, internationalization, branding, informatization and marketization, carefully cultivated the first-class national food and catering industry exhibition with business characteristics, cultural heritage, international standards and innovative development, and promoted the supply side structure reform of China's food and catering industry. The annual industry event attracted thousands of leading brands of high-quality food and catering at home and abroad to participate, with orders totaling more than 18 billion yuan. It played a positive role in promoting exchanges and cooperation in the food and catering industry, expanding domestic demand and promoting consumption.

2021 (the sixth) China International Food and beverage Expo will be held in Hunan Changsha International Convention and Exhibition Center from September 10 to 12, 2021. The exhibition aims to show the development achievements of the food and catering industry at home and abroad, promote the exchange and cooperation of new technologies, new products and new models, and explore new paths for the transformation, upgrading and innovative development of the food and catering industry. The planned exhibition area of the dinner party is 100000 square meters, with about 4500 international standard booths, a total of 7 pavilions and 2 connecting halls, which are composed of three parts: professional plate, comprehensive plate and activity plate. During the three-day exhibition, 50000 guests, professional visitors and exhibitors will be invited, and 70000 end consumers will be invited. The total number of visitors is expected to be no less than 220000.
