With the strong support of the Ministry of Commerce and Xiamen Municipal People's government, the Auto Expo on the west side of the Straits is a national professional auto show sponsored by China Machinery Industry Federation and organized by Xiamen automobile circulation association. It is held in Xiamen International Convention and Exhibition Center every year.

There are 211 enterprises and 88 brands in 2020 Haixi Auto Expo, with a total exhibition area of 100000 square meters and a total of 11 exhibition halls. 4683 cars were sold in 4 days, with a sales volume of 1.067 billion yuan. The direct participation rate of manufacturers is more than 99%, and 100% of the exhibition hall is equipped with special equipment. The exhibition achieved the "four satisfaction" of the organizer, local government, consumers and exhibitors, and achieved good economic and social benefits. The Auto Expo on the west side of the Straits was listed in the national guide and support exhibition in 2015, and won the Golden Dolphin award of China's exhibition industry for four consecutive years from 2015 to 2019.

After 15 years of hard work and perseverance, the Auto Expo on the west side of the Straits has become the annual grand meeting of auto brands and the "wind vane" of auto market in the west side of the Straits.

With the theme of "energy conservation and emission reduction · low carbon life", 2021 West Coast Auto Expo aims to build a national level professional auto show with the largest scale on the west coast, joint participation of the three places on both sides of the Strait, influence and characteristics.
