The 2021 International Automobile upgrading kit and modified vehicle exhibition (AIT modified vehicle exhibition for short) is the only international National Exhibition for automobile modification industry approved by the Ministry of Commerce of the people's Republic of China. It is also the first professional modified vehicle exhibition in China. Starting from the 2005 CIAACE brand exhibition, through 16 years of development, it has grown hand in hand with 1200 enterprises around the world, 3500 local modification shops in China and 300000 modification enthusiasts, with an exhibition area of 100000 square meters and 500 global mainstream modification brands and professional modified cars on the same stage, with an audience of 100000 people.



Since 2012, under the joint escort of Yassen group and Dusseldorf exhibition group, AIT refitting exhibition has been held independently. At the beginning of the exhibition, it has been fully supported by the German Federal Ministry of transport, building and urban development and the German refitting Association (VDAT). Since 2015, AIT has been supported by the organizers of Tokyo Auto Salon. From July 8 to 10, 2016, the exhibition was held in Beijing New International Exhibition, with an exhibition area of 40000 square meters, 203 exhibitors, and a total of 72000 visitors during the exhibition period. It was reported by China Central Television (CCTV), Beijing Television (BTV) and other domestic authoritative media.



The 2018 AIT refitting exhibition was upgraded and moved to Dongguan, the birthplace of China's refitted vehicles. It was co sponsored by China Automobile Industry Association, the most influential industry association in China, and supported by Sanrong library, the organizer of Tokyo Auto Salon. After successfully moving to Dongguan in 2018, AIT refitting exhibition in 2019 reached a new high, with an exhibition area of 30800 square meters, 50000 square meters of outdoor activities, 151 exhibitors, 312 brands around the world, 13307 professional buyers, 32586 ordinary visitors, and more than 2000 refitted vehicles on display. At the same time, the exhibition also attracted people from BAIC, FAW, BMW, Audi, Toyota and Geely More than 20 vehicle manufacturers participated. 144 domestic mainstream media and vertical websites, including Guangdong TV station, Shenzhen TV station, Dongguan radio and TV station, people's daily, global times, aika auto, Sina auto, Sohu auto, Tencent auto, Yiche, etc., made full tracking reports on the exhibition.



Since 2012, AIT has independently held the exhibition. After seven years of operation and cooperation with many parties, it is building the exhibition into the world's fourth largest refitting exhibition after SEMA, Essen and Tokyo refitting exhibition. In the future, AIT refitting exhibition will build AIT into a comprehensive automobile culture exchange platform with international vision and local characteristics, professional refitting and mass entertainment from three directions of internationalization, specialization and entertainment. The platform will shoulder the mission of cultural exchange and integration of refitting at home and abroad, leading high-end professional refitting and popularizing refitting, and the exhibition will better shoulder the historical mission of "greater refitting market".
