It is an important carrier to display new agricultural technology, new products and new achievements at home and abroad in an all-round way, as well as an important platform for cooperation in agricultural projects, technical exchanges and economic and trade negotiations. According to statistics of the 13th China Kunming International Agricultural Exposition in 2017, the number of visitors to the exhibition reached 359000, and the cash transaction reached 30 million yuan. Among them, 416 purchase and sales contracts were signed through on-site negotiation, with a contract amount of 126 million yuan; 852 intentional cooperation agreements were signed through on-site negotiation, with a contract amount of 552 million yuan; and investment promotion was signed

Matters needing attention
The organizing committee shall follow the principle of first registration, first payment and first arrangement. After signing and sealing this contract, the exhibitor shall pay all the money in one time within two working days, otherwise the original booth will not be retained; if the exhibition is cancelled due to the organizer's reason, the exhibition fee will be refunded in full.
5. The booth shall be subject to the exhibition map attached to the contract; the special decoration exhibition shall submit the layout design to the Organizing Committee for filing within the first half month of the exhibition.
6. If the exhibitor's exhibits do not conform to the "exhibition content" of this exhibition contract or are illegal, the exhibitor is not allowed to retail the exhibits, otherwise the organizing committee has the right to clear the exhibitor's booth, and the fees collected will not be refunded.
7. The exhibitor has no right to transfer the booth; if the exhibitor temporarily decides not to participate in the exhibition due to his own reasons, the fees collected will not be refunded; the use of sound amplification equipment is prohibited at the exhibition site, otherwise the organizing committee has the right to clear the booth, and the exhibitor shall be responsible for all the consequences caused.
8. In order to comply with the general layout of the exhibition, the organization unit has the right to adjust the location of individual stands when necessary. Due to irresistible factors such as natural disasters, government behavior, social abnormal events, etc., the organization unit can delay or cancel the exhibition.
