China SME investment and financing fair (hereinafter referred to as the "investment and financing fair") was established in 2013 with the approval of the national development and Reform Commission and as the guiding unit. The investment and financing fair has been recognized and supported by the state ministries and relevant units. The Ministry of industry and information technology, the people's Bank of China, the China Banking Regulatory Commission and the China Securities Regulatory Commission are the guiding units of the previous investment and financing fair, and the China Association of small and medium sized enterprises, together with other state-level industry associations, is the sponsor. It is held in Beijing, China in July every year and has been successfully held for three times.
