Founded in 1997, China Bakery Exhibition is the first professional exhibition in China bakery industry. It was initially the "national bakery industry raw materials and equipment exhibition and China International Bakery Western food materials and equipment exhibition". It has successively toured Chengdu, Beijing, Wuhan, Guangzhou, Shanghai and other places to hold exhibitions, accumulating the most senior network resources in the industry over the years. Since the exhibition hall at that time restricted the rapid development of the exhibition, it was decided to hold the exhibition in Guangzhou Canton Fair in May every year since the seventh session in 2003, and the name of the exhibition was changed to "China Baking Exhibition" in the ninth session in 2005. Since its inception, after nearly 20 years of wind and rain, now, China Baking Exhibition has become the largest and most popular Baking Exhibition in China, attracting the keen attention of baking colleagues at home and abroad, especially in southern China and Southeast Asia.
At present, China Baking Exhibition (Guangzhou) is held regularly in Pazhou Canton Fair in May every year. The exhibitors cover the whole industrial chain of baking industry, including raw and auxiliary baking materials, additive enterprises, baking machinery and equipment, appliance and mold enterprises, baking and packaging equipment and design and production, food cold chain logistics, catering management and training services.
As China's first baking industry professional exhibition, China Baking Exhibition first proposed the idea of dividing the exhibition area by product category in domestic food exhibitions, and made the pace of international integration; while the continuous expansion of the scale of the ASEAN exhibition group and the all-round close cooperation with the baking Federation of the International Federation of Hualian fully explained that China Baking Exhibition Great influence in the field of international baking.
