4. Low carbon communication. It mainly includes low-carbon energy-saving information technology equipment system, energy consumption control and energy efficiency management platform, energy saving and emission reduction information application system, online simulation and control technology, energy consumption digital acquisition equipment, etc.
5. Low carbon services. It mainly includes low-carbon consulting, carbon trading service, carbon financial service, carbon emission accounting and management cloud platform construction, energy-saving service overall solution, contract energy management company, energy-saving monitoring and testing agency, energy evaluation and energy audit agency, etc.
6. Low carbon energy. It mainly includes hydropower, solar cell, solar photovoltaic system, solar thermal utilization; wind power generation equipment, wind power control equipment, new wind turbine equipment, wind power generation and photovoltaic power complementary system; garbage power generation, biogas power generation, energy storage power station, lithium battery, etc.; intelligent power grid, distributed energy grid connection technology.
