In the spring of 2019 (the 81st session), Shandong sugar and wine trade fair is scheduled to be held in Zibo on April 20, and the specific matters of the meeting are hereby notified as follows:

1、 The conference is sponsored by the provincial sugar, wine and non-staple food business association, organized by Zhangdian District People's government, and co organized by Guojing group and Shandong Xinxing Group. The main venue of the conference is located in Zibo International Convention and Exhibition Center, which includes special booth, indoor standard booth (3x3), outdoor standard booth (3x3) and one table with two benches. The indoor standard booths of this session are divided into: the standard booths in the East Hall on the third floor are arranged as the exhibition areas of food, beverage, dairy and other industries, and the standard booths in the West Hall on the third floor are arranged as the exhibition areas of wine, packaging, daily chemicals, inkjet printing equipment and other related industries. Special booth, standard booth of hall D, outdoor standard booth, one table and two stool booth are not divided into zones. During the meeting, the publicity and exhibition space of all enterprises shall be planned and arranged by our association.

2、 All participating units can directly apply to our association regardless of the region. See the attachment for the specific charging standards of booth and publicity space. All units can pay directly to the office set up by CCPIT in Zibo International Convention and Exhibition Center (No. 88, Changguo West Road, Zhangdian District, Zibo City, diagonally opposite to the city coach station), or remit money to the association account.

The special booth provides 4 power supplies and Exhibition certificates. Souvenirs are distributed according to the size of the area. Other required items are provided by the enterprise.

4、 Price of one table and two benches

1. 300 yuan / set for one table and two stools, no other equipment.

2. The price of filling equipment is calculated according to the size of the floor area, and the standard is (3m x 3m) 2000 yuan.

5、 Advertising charges

The price of banners, banners and props depends on their location and area. The price of air arches is 3000 yuan / piece and balloons is 200 yuan / piece.

6、 Vehicle charge standard

For vehicles parked at designated locations and marching on the street, a parking permit shall be purchased, and the charging standard shall be determined by the local traffic police department.
