Shenzhen International Photography Exhibition is a national and international photography activity jointly held by China Photographers Association and Shenzhen Federation of literary and art circles. It is a comprehensive photography exhibition with the theme of city and a key project of Shenzhen cultural innovation and development 2020. It is also an international photography art exchange platform and a new urban culture that Shenzhen strives to build Business cards.

The Third Shenzhen International Photography Exhibition 2019 will be held in Shenzhen, China in June 2019. The purpose of this exhibition is to present the achievements of photography in the world in recent years, to show the explorations and practical achievements of photographers in the thematic photography art, so as to promote the exchange, integration and development of photography culture in the world. We sincerely invite photography groups from all over the world, photographers from all over the world and photography enthusiasts from all walks of life to send their works.

The theme of the Third Shenzhen International Photography Exhibition in 2019 is "city, breath". This theme inherits the general idea of the previous two sessions of taking the city as a living body to observe and present. At the same time, from the height of ecological civilization proposed by the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, it positions the function and development direction of the city, reflecting the new atmosphere, new ideas and new spirit of the new era.

"City · breath" has two meanings of existence, life and life, ecology and presentation direction. Life refers to the material basis of the city, and life is the daily state of the people, both of which are based on the individual existence and integrate the general form of the city; while life and ecology look at the urban environment from the perspective of nature, and conform to the development concept of green, open and sharing, which is an extended exploration of the construction of ecological civilization in the relationship between the city and human beings. The documentary photography works of city related figures, events and stories, as well as the artistic photography works created around the city theme can be contributed.
