The exhibition was hosted by "Russia International Exhibition Center", one of the most powerful exhibition companies in Russia, and was strongly supported by the Ministry of industry and energy, Russian Federation of industry and commerce, Moscow municipal government, Russian chemical Federation and other authoritative government departments and industry organizations. Founded in 1965, the exhibition has been successfully held for 21 times, and has obtained the authoritative obituary certificate of International Exhibition Union and Russian Exhibition Union.
