The Chengdu National Sugar and Liquor Fair Spring (CFDF), also known as the National Sugar and Liquor Fair, is a national trade fair for sugar and liquor products in China, known as the "barometer" of the food industry. Established in 1955, it is one of the oldest large-scale professional exhibitions in Chinese history. Hosted by China Sugar and Liquor Group Corporation, it is held twice a year in spring and autumn. The exhibition section of the 112th National Sugar and Wine Fair will be held from March 25th to 27th, 2025 in Century City and Xibo City, with a total exhibition area of 325000 square meters and 9 exhibition areas and 23 special categories. It is expected that over 6600 domestic and foreign food, alcohol, and related upstream and downstream enterprises will participate in the exhibition, with over 500000 visitors.

In addition, in the conference section, two major events will be held, namely the "70th Anniversary Theme Event of the National Sugar and Wine Fair" and the "CFDF Food and Beverage Industry Development Conference" with the theme of "Integration and Innovation, Co Brewing the Future". Over 50 professional conference forums will also be held during the exhibition, providing valuable opportunities for trend analysis and ideological exchange for attendees.

In the event section, the "Spring Sugar IDEAS Innovative Product Competition" and "Spring Sugar Special Adjustment Master Competition" will be held, focusing on the promotion of new products and technologies. In addition, the organizing committee will work together with the Chengdu Expo Bureau, Commerce Bureau, Culture, Radio, Film and Tourism Bureau, and various districts (cities) and counties to mobilize the enthusiasm of various market entities and promote the holding of a rich and colorful series of exhibition city integration activities throughout Chengdu.

Exhibition scope:

All units engaged in the production, sales, scientific research and technological development, and media of various alcoholic beverages, food, beverages, seasonings, food additives, food packaging, food machinery, etc. are eligible to apply for participation in the exhibition. This year's Sugar and Wine Exhibition Area will be divided into specialized pavilions and zones according to categories such as wine and international spirits, alcoholic beverages, food and beverages, food, seasonings, food machinery, packaging, advertising, and media. All participating units and exhibits are required to submit relevant qualification certificates. Only units that meet the exhibition scope can register to participate.

The 112th National Sugar and Alcohol Commodity Fair (also known as "Spring Sugar") in March 2025 will be held in Chengdu, a key city in China.
