1. The principle of booth arrangement is "apply first, pay first, arrange first".

2. To make the overall arrangement of this exhibition more rational and international, please fill out the "Exhibition Application and Contract Form" carefully and stamp it with the official seal, fax or mail it to the organizing committee of the conference;

3. Exhibitors must make payment according to the agreed time in the contract after registration, otherwise the organizing committee of the conference has the right to adjust or cancel their designated booth;

4. Without the consent of the organizing committee, if an exhibitor unilaterally cancels their exhibition plan, their paid exhibition fees will not be refunded;

5. Without the consent of the organizing committee, participating companies are not allowed to transfer their reserved booths. Otherwise, the organizing committee has the right to cancel their participation qualifications;
