Regarding FDI

FDl, the World Dental Federation, is a professional group of dentists founded in 1900 by six dentists. It is the oldest and most populous dental organization in the world, with over 130 member countries and regions.

The FDI World Dental Congress is held once a year, which not only represents the latest development level and direction of dentistry in academia, but also provides an excellent opportunity for dentists around the world to exchange ideas.

After being held in Shenzhen for the first time in 2006, nearly 20 years later, the FDI World Stomatology Conference returned to the Chinese Mainland and will be held in Shanghai in 2025, co hosted by the Chinese Stomatological Association and Reed Sinopharm!

Regarding CDS

The China International Dental Equipment Expo (CDS) is a platform jointly created by the Chinese Stomatological Association and Reed Sinopharm, which gathers leading domestic and foreign dental industry enterprises, covers the entire industry chain of dental products, and focuses on promoting new products and technologies for on-site experience and interaction. It aims to enhance the brand of dental production and distribution enterprises, promote trade and procurement, and facilitate communication and cooperation.

Introduction of Chinese Stomatological Association (CSA)

The Chinese Stomatological Association (CSA) is a national, academic, non-profit social organization voluntarily formed by dental science and technology workers, as well as enterprises, institutions, and social organizations engaged in dental medicine.

The Chinese Stomatological Association is the link and bridge between the government and dental science and technology workers, and is a social force for the development of dental science in China. The Chinese Stomatological Association was established on November 17, 1996, with its predecessor being the Chinese Stomatological Society established in 1951.

This society is under the supervision of the National Health and Family Planning Commission and is the only national level dental academic organization officially registered with the Ministry of Civil Affairs. In 2009, the society joined the China Association for Science and Technology as a member of the organization.

The Chinese Stomatological Association is composed of dental science and technology workers from across the country, with over 50000 members. The Chinese Stomatological Association is a group member of the three major international dental academic organizations - the World Dental Federation (FDI), the International Association of Dental Research (IADR), and the International College of Dentists (ICD). It has become an important member in the global field of dentistry.
