5、 Exhibition Procedure

Fill out the booth application form, stamp it, scan it, send it by courier or fax to the organizing committee of the conference. Within 3 working days of applying for a booth, the full booth fee shall be remitted to the organizing committee's account. Otherwise, the organizer will not retain the exhibition confirmed in the application.

The principle of booth allocation is "apply first, pay first, arrange first". If an exhibitor withdraws midway after registering for the exhibition, the fees paid for the exhibition will not be refunded. If payment is not made within the specified time, the booth will not be reserved. In order to maintain the overall image of the exhibition, the organizing committee has the right to adjust individual booths and has the final interpretation right;
