Exhibition Overview:

The Asia Forestry Equipment, Garden Machinery and Horticultural Tools Exhibition, formerly known as Guangzhou International Garden Machinery and Horticultural Tools Exhibition (GMF), was founded in 2008. Since its establishment, the exhibition has been successfully held for fifteen sessions, attracting more than 2000 well-known brand enterprises from around the world such as Steele, Fushihua, Makita, Yimark, Huasheng, Maruyama, Yongjia, etc., and serving over 300000 professional visitors at home and abroad. With the continuous upgrading of the globalization strategy of forestry equipment, garden machinery and gardening tools industry, forestry and garden machinery and tools have achieved rapid development. In order to better create a convenient and efficient platform for business cooperation and product promotion for the vast number of merchants, the Guangzhou International Garden Machinery and Horticultural Tools Exhibition has been renamed as the Asia Forestry Equipment, Garden Machinery and Horticultural Tools Exhibition since 2019.

The 2024 Asian Forestry Equipment, Garden Machinery and Horticultural Tools Exhibition (formerly the 14th Guangzhou International Garden Machinery and Horticultural Tools Exhibition) successfully concluded from May 10-12, 2024 at the Canton Fair Exhibition Hall in Guangzhou. Exhibition Procedure

1. After the exhibitor confirms their participation, please confirm the booth location, fill out the "Exhibition Application Form" in detail, stamp it with the official seal, make a copy of the business license with the official seal, and scan it to the organizing committee

2. After exhibitors register, they are required to make a remittance within five working days. Please send the remittance receipt to the organizing committee (see the exhibition application form for the remittance account). If the deadline is exceeded, the organizing committee will not reserve the booth;

3. After the final confirmation of the exhibitor's booth, the organizing committee will send an email to the "Exhibitor Handbook", which includes information on exhibit transportation, booth design and construction, travel and accommodation arrangements, item rental and service staff, advertising, and visa applications;

4. During the exhibition, the organizing committee will issue a unified invoice for the exhibition fee.

5. The principle of booth arrangement is "apply first, pay first, allocate first". However, in order to ensure the overall effectiveness of the exhibition, the organizing committee reserves the right to make final adjustments to the booth.
