1. The participating units should have a valid "Business License" for production and operation, as well as legal approval documents related to the exhibited products. And submit the scanned copies of the above qualifications to the organizing committee for qualification pre review.

2. Enterprises that have passed the review shall submit the "Exhibition Application and Contract Form" (filling in the required booth type, size, and expected booth location), stamp it with the official seal, and scan it by fax or email to the liaison person of the conference organizing committee. Upon receiving the exhibition application form, the organizing committee will stamp and return the successfully reserved booth application form to the exhibiting company.

3. After receiving the reservation contract, the applicant company needs to transfer the reserved booth fee to the designated bank account of the conference organizing committee within 3 working days. Late payment for reserved booth positions will be automatically cancelled. The organizing committee will adhere to the principle of first come, first served, and first confirmed booth allocation.

4. The organizing committee will issue a formal confirmation letter for the exhibition booth within 3 working days after receiving the reserved booth fee from the applying exhibitor.
