INTRODUCTION
In order to comply with the market development, China (Shenyang) International pregnancy and baby products Expo 2019 (hereinafter referred to as PBE China) was held in Shenyang International Exhibition Center, Liaoning Province, from July 4 to 7, 2019. It is estimated that the audience will be nearly 150000, and the exhibition area will be nearly 100000 square meters. At that time, all relevant units are welcome to visit and participate in the Expo. In 2019, we will gather in Shenyang to create brilliant future.
Six exhibition areas including mother and baby products, educational products, children's clothing, baby food, toys and baby carriages will be set up in this Expo. 1. The exhibitors shall have the business license and legal approval documents within the valid period of production and operation.
2. Booth allocation principle: "apply first, pay first, arrange first".
3. After selecting the booth, exhibitors should fill in the application and contract form carefully and fax or email it to the organizing committee after affixing the official seal.
4. The organizing committee has the right to change the original booth or cancel its participation qualification if it fails to pay within 2 working days after applying for the booth.

Matters needing attention
Note: 1. Our company is willing to participate in this exhibition, and guarantee to pay all the exhibition fees, obey the unified arrangement and management of the organizer of the conference; for special needs, the organizer has the right to make appropriate adjustments to some booths, and the exhibitors should give active cooperation.
2. During the exhibition period, exhibitors must abide by the relevant regulations of the conference. They are not allowed to sublease or combine booths without permission. They are not allowed to withdraw in advance. They are not allowed to display and apply for exhibits
If the contents are inconsistent or there are infringing and fake exhibits, the exhibits will not be sold on site. Otherwise, the organizer will have the right to cancel its participation qualification and the fee will not be refunded.
3. After receiving the contract, the organizer shall stamp it and fax or mail the contract and the confirmation of participation to the exhibitor. Meanwhile, the exhibitor shall remit the booth fee to the account designated by the organizer within 2 days after the signing of the contract. The organizer has the right to adjust the above booth within the time limit.
4. If the exhibitor fails to withdraw from the exhibition automatically in the middle of registration, the fees paid by the exhibitor shall not be refunded.
5. If the exhibition cannot be held as scheduled due to force majeure, the organizer has the right to change the exhibition period without any legal liability.
6. The contract is made in two copies, each party holding one copy. Simultaneous interpreting of the contract stamped or scanned by both parties is equally effective. The qualification documents of the exhibitors and the legal procedures of the exhibits are part of the contract, and the copies and seals shall be faxed or scanned to the organizer.
