In order to promote the characteristic, modern, and low-carbon development of the tourism industry in Xinjiang, and to promote exchanges and cooperation between the tourism industry in Xinjiang and its sister provinces (regions), the Xinjiang Cultural and Tourism Industry Trading Expo, jointly hosted by the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Tourism Association, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Travel Agency Association, Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps Tourism Association, and Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Tour Guide Association, will be held in Urumqi from March 21-23, 2025. At the same time, the Xinjiang Cultural and Tourism Industry Development Summit Forum and Xinjiang Spring Cultural and Tourism Resource Matchmaking Meeting will be held.

The Expo will set up six major sections: cultural and tourism destination service exhibition area, cultural and tourism information exhibition area, tourism accommodation and camping exhibition area, travel service exhibition area, tourism equipment exhibition area, and cultural and tourism product exhibition area, inviting tourism industry enterprises from Xinjiang and across the country to participate together.

1. Cultural and tourism planning exhibition area
Mainly showcasing cultural and tourism planning and design units such as comprehensive tourism planning and scenic area planning.
2. Smart Culture and Tourism Exhibition Area
Mainly exhibiting smart tourism technology and equipment in scenic areas; Tourism information platform system; Internet operation system, etc.
3. Exhibition Area for New Cultural and Tourism Equipment
Accommodation and travel products in scenic spots; Scenic area amusement equipment; Night tours and landscape lighting; Landscape equipment and facilities; Hotel facilities and equipment; Environmental sanitation facilities; Sports equipment and rehabilitation equipment, etc.

Venue construction, exhibition display, architectural and derivative design, etc.
3. Cultural and Creative Technology Exhibition Area
The application technology, facilities and equipment required for cultural and museum venues.
4. Digital Cultural and Creative Exhibition Area
Exhibiting digital technologies such as 3D projection, digital construction, and multimedia applications at the cultural museum.
5. Exhibition Area for Cultural Relics Protection and Restoration
Exhibition of related technologies, equipment, and achievements in cultural relic protection and restoration.
