Health is a core topic of concern for all mankind, and the big health industry is the fastest-growing emerging industry in the world and the focus of future global industrial competition.

In order to implement the "Healthy China" strategy of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, build a global health exhibition and interactive platform, and promote the healthy and sustainable development of the health industry, the World Health Expo (referred to as the Health Expo) is held annually in Wuhan, Hubei. In 2022, it will be upgraded to a national level professional exhibition in the field of health, organized by the Hubei Chu Chamber of Commerce. Intended to showcase the most cutting-edge new products, technologies, and achievements in the field of global health, becoming an important platform for consolidating international cooperation consensus in the field of health and promoting innovative development of the health industry.

With the strong support of the National Health Commission, the People's Government of Hubei Province, and the People's Government of Wuhan City, six sessions have been successfully held from 2019 to 2024, with an average exhibition area of 100000 square meters per session and a total of 7046 participating companies. Nearly 300 conference forums have been held, attracting nearly one million people from 36 countries, including political leaders, experts and scholars from various countries, representatives of Fortune 500 companies and China's Fortune 500 companies. The total investment scale of the conference has reached 557.835 billion yuan, with nearly 1.6 billion online audience traffic, and more than 300 mainstream media outlets around the world are competing to report on it. Nearly 12 billion yuan in online and offline transactions have created an endless Health Expo. Its influence has gradually expanded both domestically and internationally, winning widespread praise.

The 6th Health Expo in 2024 will be jointly hosted by the Hubei Chu Chamber of Commerce, the Chinese Preventive Medicine Association, the China Health Management Association, the China Rehabilitation Assistive Devices Association, and the China Medical Business Association for the first time. Professional exhibition areas will be set up around key areas such as industrial development, medical devices, biochemical drugs, digital health, rehabilitation assistive devices, elderly care industry, maternal and child health, traditional medicine, health management, and healthy living. The exhibition covers an area of 100000 square meters, with 1050 well-known enterprises and units participating, and over 200 important guests from the field of health attending. The exhibition fully reflects the government's support and the new market-oriented exhibition model. The 7th World Health Expo 2025 will be held at the Wuhan Optics Valley Science and Technology Exhibition Center from March 26 to 28, 2025.
