The 21st China ASEAN Expo in 2024

The China ASEAN Expo (hereinafter referred to as the "East China Expo") is a national key exhibition jointly organized by the economic and trade authorities of China and 10 ASEAN countries, as well as the ASEAN Secretariat, and hosted by the People's Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. It is themed around the China ASEAN Free Trade Area and has been successfully held for 20 times. The East China Expo has participated in more than 70 countries, with 113 national leaders, more than 3680 ministerial level politicians, and over 1.1 million businessmen attending. The 21st East China Expo will be held in Nanning, Guangxi from September 23 to 28, 2024, with an exhibition area of approximately 140000 square meters. In order to prepare for this year's East China Expo, relevant units are invited to assist in inviting enterprises to participate and sincerely invite your company to participate.

2024 is the 21st anniversary of the establishment of China ASEAN strategic partnership. This year's East China Expo will be held in the form of "East China Expo on Cloud+Physical Exhibition", comprehensively strengthen the daily operation and activity organization of East China Expo on Cloud, build a closer China ASEAN community of shared future, and make new contributions to the high-quality construction of the "the Belt and Road".

4、 China ASEAN Expo Exhibition Award Selection Event NEW

The first exhibition award selection event for the China ASEAN Expo will be held, and awards such as gold, silver, excellent design, and highest popularity will be selected. The winning units will receive corresponding honorary titles, promotional services, and other value-added services. Exhibiting enterprises are welcome to bring new and high-quality products to actively register.

5、 Booth specifications

After the Secretariat of the China ASEAN Expo confirms the eligibility to participate, a notice will be sent to the enterprises and booth arrangements will be made based on the confirmed content. The Secretariat of the China ASEAN Expo reserves the right to adjust the booth.

（1） Special topic on commodity trade

1. Commodities of ASEAN, RCEP and "the Belt and Road" countries

Display food and beverages, agricultural products, bulk commodities, consumer goods, service industry products, etc.

New ASEAN High tech Products Exhibition Area NEW will be added to showcase new products, technologies, and applications of ASEAN countries in the fields of green economy, digital technology, automotive and parts, ocean and health.

2. Chinese goods

(1) Intelligent Equipment Exhibition Area

Smart Energy and Electricity: Showcasing innovative technologies and application equipment for green energy (wind power, hydrogen energy, photovoltaic, nuclear energy, biomass energy, etc.), smart energy storage systems, smart energy solutions, new power systems, and other green and low-carbon transformation solutions and application equipment.

Engineering machinery and transportation vehicles: showcasing new technologies and equipment such as engineering machinery, construction and mining machinery, engineering transportation vehicles, commercial vehicles, and related components.

(4) Fashion boutique exhibition area NEW

Display fashionable and luxurious consumer goods such as fashionable clothing, luggage, jewelry, jade, handicrafts, etc. targeting ASEAN.

(5) Agricultural exhibition area

Display content related to smart agriculture, rural revitalization, Guipin going global, and agricultural cooperation, including achievements in China ASEAN agricultural cooperation, development of smart agricultural technology, high-end ingredients, fresh fruits and vegetables, seasonings, and specialty pre packaged foods.

（2） Special Topic on Investment Cooperation

1. Exhibition area for central enterprises

Showcasing the new platforms, scenarios, and related achievements of industrial chain integration and development built by central enterprises in high-end equipment manufacturing, infrastructure construction, international logistics, and other fields, leveraging the role of "chain leaders" in the industrial chain.

The 21st China ASEAN Expo will be comprehensively showcased by Zhengzhou as the "Charming City" of China, and city themed activities and related exchange activities will be held during the conference.
