1、 Preface to the conference

In order to deeply study and implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the important speeches and instructions of the Secretary on the cause of people with disabilities, implement the deployment and requirements of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government to anchor the "two guarantees" and implement the "ten strategies", implement the spirit of the 8th Congress of the Chinese Disabled Persons' Federation and the 8th Congress of the Provincial Disabled Persons' Federation, comprehensively demonstrate the achievements of the development of the cause of people with disabilities in our province during the 14th Five Year Plan, actively create a first-class business environment in Henan, and promote the high-quality development of the cause of people with disabilities in the Yellow River Basin. Through coordination and contact from multiple parties, under the guidance of the Henan Disabled Persons Federation, China Disabled Persons Welfare Foundation, China Rehabilitation Research Center, and China Disabled Persons Federation Employment Service Guidance Center, the Henan Disabled Persons Welfare Foundation, in collaboration with the Eight Disabled Persons Welfare Foundations along the Yellow River Basin, and the Disabled Persons Federation of 18 provincial-level cities in Henan Province, jointly organized the 2024 First Yellow River Basin Disabled Persons Career High Quality Development Seminar and China (Zhengzhou) Disabled Persons Auxiliary Equipment and Rehabilitation Equipment Expo. The exhibition activity plan is as follows:

2、 Overview of the Expo

Exhibition Name: 2024 First Yellow River Basin Seminar on High Quality Development of Disabled Persons and China (Zhengzhou) Disabled Assistance and Rehabilitation Equipment Expo, abbreviated as Zhengzhou Welfare Fair.

Conference theme: "Technology Empowerment, Disability Assistance and Sharing, Creating a Better and Happy Life Together"

Exhibition location: Zhengzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center Exhibition time: July 1-3, 2024

Exhibition period: June 29-30, 2024

Expected scale: The themed exhibition hall covers an area of 15000 square meters and is divided into a public welfare exhibition area and a commercial exhibition area. There are expected to be over 400 exhibitors, with over 30000 professional visitors on site. The scale of online browsing for professional visitors is about 300000, and the monthly online browsing volume is about 2 million.

（1） Opening and closing ceremonies, as well as on-site exciting activities of the 2024 Zhengzhou Welfare Fair

We plan to invite nine provinces along the Yellow River Basin, including Henan, Qinghai, Sichuan, Gansu, Ningxia, Inner Mongolia, Shaanxi, Shanxi, Shandong, etc., including the Disabled Persons Welfare Foundation, Henan Disabled Persons Federation, China Rehabilitation Research Center, China Disabled Persons Federation Employment Service Guidance Center, China Disabled Persons Auxiliary Equipment Center, China Rehabilitation Research Center, China Deaf Children Rehabilitation Center, 17 provincial-level cities in Henan, and the Disabled Persons Federation of Jiyuan Demonstration Zone Henan Disabled Assistance Equipment Center, Henan Disabled Rehabilitation Service Center, Henan Medical Association, Henan Disabled Employment Service Center, five specialized associations of Henan Disabled Persons Federation, Henan Disabled Persons Association, and Henan Disabled Entrepreneurs Association; Leaders and guests from the Henan Provincial Party Committee, Provincial Health Commission, Provincial Department of Education, Provincial Department of Civil Affairs, Provincial Disabled Persons Federation and other competent units attended; Famous rehabilitation experts, industry renowned enterprises and other important guests attended.

（2） Industry seminars

The first 2024 seminar on the high-quality development of disability in the Yellow River Basin will focus on disability related fields such as industrial development, employment, rehabilitation, and accessible environment construction. Experts, scholars, and professionals from both inside and outside the province will be invited to discuss hot topics related to disability assistance, provide professional interpretation of relevant laws, regulations, and supporting policies, and provide training for grassroots disabled workers to enhance their abilities. 5、 Main participation matters of co organizers

（1） Organize exhibitions

Exhibition of Achievements in the Development of Disabled Persons during the 14th Five Year Plan

The organizing committee of the conference will provide a free 9 square meter standard exhibition booth for the Nine Provinces Disabled Persons Welfare Foundation in the Yellow River Basin, the 17 provincial-level cities in Henan, and the Disabled Persons Federation in the Jiyuan Demonstration Zone. This booth is mainly used for the image display of the Disabled Persons' Federation and foundations in various provinces and cities, such as promotional posters, introductions, video materials, etc. If there are other needs, the cost will be borne by oneself.

2. Organize public welfare exhibition booths

Comprehensively display the achievements of 9 provinces in the Yellow River Basin and 17 provincial-level cities and Jiyuan Demonstration Zone in Henan Province, as well as excellent disability cultural and creative works, handicrafts, disability intangible cultural heritage, independent entrepreneurship achievements and other public welfare exhibition areas, as well as rehabilitation, education, care and other disability public welfare projects participated by public institutions and disability assistance social organizations (enterprises and products are not allowed to enter this exhibition area).

3. Recommend professional enterprises to participate in exhibitions/conferences

Make full use of the Zhengzhou Welfare Fair platform, recommend local well-known enterprises to participate/participate in the exhibition, concentrate on showcasing the corporate image, and expand the global market. Each province and city recommends professional enterprises to participate in the exhibition (see Article 8 of this plan for the unified fee standards for participating in the exhibition).

（2） Organize observation groups

1. Member units of the organizing committee of the joint conference are responsible for organizing local units with procurement needs for rehabilitation aids, accessibility renovation, and disability supplies to observe, exchange, and purchase at the Zhengzhou Welfare Association site (such as various levels of disability federations, civil affairs, rehabilitation hospitals, medical institutions, rehabilitation departments, rehabilitation centers, social welfare organizations, auxiliary centers, special education schools, orthopedic hospitals, etc.).

2. Organize participation in special activities. During the seminar on the high-quality development of disabled people in the Yellow River Basin, more than 20 exciting activities were held, including the integration of health and education, rehabilitation aids, and accessibility. The member units of the organizing committee are responsible for organizing local relevant units to participate in corresponding academic exchange activities.

（3） Local promotion and publicity

1. Carry out local publicity and promotion work for the Zhengzhou Welfare Association, timely push relevant reports and news of the conference to local mass media, industry media, industry organizations, self media, etc., and widely promote the Zhengzhou Welfare Association to relevant units and all sectors of society.

2. Collect feedback from local participating units after the exhibition, and pay attention to the achievements of Zhengzhou Welfare Conference; Collect relevant reports after the exhibition ends.

3. Coordinate and communicate with local disability federations and other competent units, invite leaders to attend the conference activities, and do corresponding reception work. (At that time, the organizing committee of the conference will send an invitation letter to the leaders of each member unit of the organizing committee)

7、 Registration method

（1） Attending seminar registration: All participating units can register at the Zhengzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center before 4:00 pm on June 30, 2024.

（2） Exhibitor registration: Exhibitors can register at the service desk of the Zhengzhou Welfare Committee of the Zhengzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center from June 29 to 30, 2024.

（3） Please consult the staff of the forum group of the organizing committee for details on the speaker and attendance fees of the enterprise forum.

（4） Please all co organizers compile a receipt form for local exhibitors/participants, including: 1. Number, specifications, booth number, etc. of exhibition booths, 2. List and contact information of visiting team members, hotel check-in requirements, and special events attended. Please provide a receipt to the organizing committee of Zhengzhou Welfare Committee before May 15th, and the committee will arrange the exhibition and make hotel accommodation reservations according to the requirements of the receipt
