Exhibition Introduction

The General Administration of Sport of China, the Development and Reform Commission, and eight other departments jointly issued the "Development Plan for Outdoor Sports Industry (2022, 2025)" (hereinafter referred to as the "Plan"). According to the plan, by 2025, China's outdoor sports industry will basically form a development pattern of effective connection between supply and demand, coordinated development between industry and ecology, showcasing product and service brands, and continuous innovation in business formats and models. The total scale of the outdoor sports industry exceeds 3 trillion yuan.

In order to promote the high-quality development of China's leisure tourism industry and related industry chains, and to build a one-stop exhibition and exchange platform for the industry, the Asia Outdoor Products and Mountain Tourism Equipment Exhibition, jointly created by Guangdong Yacht Industry Association and Guangdong Hongwei International Convention and Exhibition Group Co., Ltd., is scheduled to be held from May 10 to 12, 2024 at the Guangzhou Canton Fair Exhibition Hall. We will organize hundreds of outdoor camping, water sports, mountain tourism equipment and other related industry chain enterprises to participate in the exhibition, and expect to receive over 10000 visitors for visits and exchanges.

Previous Review:

On May 10-12, 2023, the 2023 World Cultural and Tourism Industry Expo was grandly held at the China Import and Export Commodity Trading Exhibition Hall in Guangzhou. The total exhibition area of the Expo is 208000 square meters, with AB area linkage, divided into five major sections: amusement tourism, digital tourism, health tourism, landscape tourism, and leisure tourism. There are ten thematic exhibition areas, covering cultural tourism, scenic equipment, theme parks, indoor parks, hot springs/bathing, metaverse, digital tourism, digital sports, landscape architecture, flower and horticulture, etc. The exhibition attracted over 230000 visitors in three days, with 3078 participating enterprises, The intended total value of the expo exceeds 2 billion yuan. The Expo integrates exhibitions, seminars, conferences, and activities. At the same time, the 2023 World Cultural and Tourism Conference and a series of sub forums will be held. Industry experts and famous enterprises will gather in Guangzhou to explore innovative ways of operating scenic spots, urban entertainment, immersive cultural and tourism, indoor parks, family sports centers, and other cultural and tourism fields, as well as the leisure and entertainment industry!

The minimum rent is 36 square meters, excluding any facilities. Exhibitors are required to design and decorate the space themselves. The organizing committee will charge a vacant land management fee of RMB 28 per square meter

Exhibition procedures and rules:

1. Carefully fill out the "Exhibition Application Form" and stamp it with the official seal, then scan it in color and send it to the organizing committee E -;

2. The organizing committee will arrange booths according to the principle of "apply first, arrange first, pay first, and confirm first";

3. After receiving confirmation from the organizing committee, the applicant shall pay the exhibition deposit (80% of the total exhibition fee) or wire transfer the full amount to the designated account of the organizing committee within five working days, and finally confirm the exhibition booth;

4. After receiving the full payment of your exhibition fee, the organizing committee will send you the "Exhibition Confirmation Letter" and "Exhibitor Handbook", which includes the schedule, exhibition arrangement, exhibition transportation, accommodation and food arrangements for this exhibition.

8. Unless the applicant is not accepted by the organizer due to special reasons, those who voluntarily withdraw from the exhibition will not be refunded for the fees already paid.

6. To ensure the overall effect of the exhibition, the organizing committee reserves the right to make final adjustments to the booth.
