The 2024 Wuhan International Energy Storage Industry Expo will be held from August 14 to 16, 2024 at the Wuhan International Expo Center. The Expo aims to showcase new technologies, products, and solutions in the battery and energy storage industry, and build a full industry chain ecosystem of "energy storage, batteries, hydrogen energy, materials, equipment, and supporting equipment". 5、 Fee standards

1. Exhibition fees

Standard booth (3m * 3m): Standard configuration: ¥ 11800/9 ㎡; Luxury booth: ¥ 12800/9 square meters

Starting rent for 36 square meters of indoor lighting: ¥ 1100 per square meter, self designed and built without any configuration.

Configuration standard: One table with two chairs, two spotlights, one 5A/220V socket, and an additional 10% exhibition fee for double opening positions.

2. Forum fee: The forum will have more than 30 domestic and foreign industry experts giving speeches. Exhibitors can voluntarily apply for forum speeches and technical exchanges. Domestic enterprises will pay 30000 yuan and the duration will be 20 minutes (the speaker will name the forum co organizer, on-site billboards, and the company logo will be displayed in multiple locations in the conference room).

3. Sponsorship fees:

1. Sponsorship from exhibition co organizers: Diamond sponsorship of 200000 yuan, Jinpai sponsorship of 150000 yuan, and Silver sponsorship of 100000 yuan.

2: Sponsorship of documents during the exhibition: (straps, badges, tickets, invitations) Dujia will sponsor 100000 yuan, with a split sponsorship of 50000 yuan.

6、 Exhibition procedures

1. Exhibitors are requested to fill out the "Exhibition Application Form" in detail, stamp it with the official seal, and then fax or send it to the organizing committee of the conference.

Within 5 working days after registration, the company shall transfer the exhibition fees to the designated account of the conference to determine the booth.

3. Booths, advertisements, etc. will be arranged uniformly by the organizing committee, with the principle of "apply first, pay first, and allocate first".

4. In case of uncontrollable factors such as natural disasters, government actions, social anomalies, etc., the organizing unit may delay or cancel the exhibition. Special reminder: It is strictly prohibited to sublet or resell the rented booth. It is not allowed to display counterfeit and infringing products, as well as retail exhibits or sell other goods on-site in the exhibition hall. Once discovered, the organizing committee will cancel the participation qualification and the booth fee will not be refunded.
