Currently, with the deepening of China's energy revolution and the establishment of a low-carbon, efficient, and green energy system, it has become a top priority to accelerate energy structure adjustment and transformation and upgrading. As an important component of a clean, low-carbon, safe and efficient modern energy system, nuclear energy will play a positive role in the energy revolution.

At present, China is in a critical period of transitioning from a nuclear power powerhouse to a nuclear power powerhouse, and the nuclear power industry is facing a historical opportunity for high-quality development. Shandong is currently in a critical period of transforming old and new kinetic energy. It is focusing on building a clean, low-carbon, safe and efficient nuclear energy system, building an energy powerhouse, accelerating the formulation of special plans for the nuclear power industry, and supporting the development of the nuclear power industry. After years of cultivation and development, Shandong has entered the forefront of advanced nuclear energy technology research and development and nuclear power equipment manufacturing, becoming an important innovation and development frontier in China's nuclear power industry.

In this context, the "2024 China (Yantai) International Nuclear Power Industry and Equipment Exhibition", supported by the National Energy Administration, National Nuclear Safety Administration, National Defense Science and Technology Administration, Shandong Provincial Energy Administration, Yantai Municipal People's Government and other units, hosted by the China Machinery Industry Federation, China Association for the Promotion of Nuclear Safety and Environmental Culture, and the Nuclear and Radiation Safety Center of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, and jointly organized by the China Electrotechnical Society, Yantai Nuclear Power Research and Development Center, and Beijing Qifa Exhibition Service Co., Ltd., will be held from August 15 to 17, 2024 at the Yantai Bajiaowan International Convention and Exhibition Center. This exhibition will focus on comprehensively showcasing the latest technologies and equipment in nuclear power technology research and development, as well as nuclear power equipment manufacturing, both domestically and internationally. It will showcase the achievements in China's nuclear energy field in recent years, build an exchange and service platform, explore the problems in development, and enable the whole society to have a more comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the development of the nuclear power industry, supporting its development.

Standard booth configuration: 9 square meters of exhibition venue and carpet, 2.5m high wall panel, lintel production, one negotiation table, two chairs, one 220V power socket, two fluorescent lamps, trash cans, etc.

Luxury special booth configuration: In addition to the standard booth configuration, a booth lightbox, company logo, a glass round table, three chairs, and a color page in front of the conference magazine (worth 8000 yuan) are added.

Allocation of venue expenses: exhibition venue, security, cleaning services (excluding special decoration management fees).

5、 Exhibition procedures:

Fill out the booth application form, stamp it, and mail or fax it to the organizing committee of the conference. Within one week of applying for a booth, the exhibition fee [50% deposit or full payment] shall be wired or paid to the organizing committee. The booth allocation principle is "apply first, remit first, arrange first", and the remaining payment shall be paid before July 20, 2024.

After receiving the Exhibition Application Form and booth fees, the organizer will send the Exhibitor Handbook to the exhibitors. Exhibitor accommodation product transportation and other matters will be subject to the Exhibitor Handbook.
