The 21st China International Housing Industry and Construction Industrialization Products and Equipment Expo (referred to as the 2024 China Housing Expo) will be grandly held from June 25th to 28th, 2024 at the China International Exhibition Center (New Hall) in Beijing.

The China Housing Expo is approved by the State Council, the Ministry of Commerce, and supported by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development. It is jointly hosted by the Technology and Industrialization Development Center of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development (Housing Industrialization Promotion Center of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Rural Development), the China Real Estate Industry Association, and the China Architecture Culture Center. It is co organized by more than ten science and technology industry associations of the national housing and urban-rural construction system. This exhibition is the "Guiding and Supporting Exhibition" of the Ministry of Commerce and the "Beijing Guiding and Supporting Brand Exhibition" of the Beijing Municipal Commission of Commerce.

The Housing and Urban Rural Development Expo focuses on the development of prefabricated buildings, highlighting international, technological, and forward-looking aspects. It focuses on introducing new technologies and components of prefabricated buildings at home and abroad, showcasing complete sets of integrated technologies, promoting green environmental protection concepts, guiding the continuous improvement of housing quality and performance, and promoting the transformation, upgrading, and sustainable development of China's construction sector.
