In recent years, China's water and sports industry has experienced rapid development, with the General Administration of Sport. The National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Water Resources and other nine departments jointly issued the "Development Plan for the Water Sports Industry", proposing the basic formation of a water sports fitness and leisure environment with complete organizational structure, sound management system, reasonable club layout, obvious industrial drive, mature competition activities, and solid public foundation. In the future, China's water sports industry will enter a trillion level scale.

In order to promote China's cultural and tourism industry. The high-quality development of water sports and related industry chains, as well as the establishment of a one-stop exhibition and exchange platform for industries, is jointly organized by the Guangdong Yacht Industry Association and Guangdong Hongwei International Convention and Exhibition Group Co., Ltd. The Asia Water Sports and Entertainment Leisure Goods Exhibition is held twice a year, and is scheduled to be held from May 10th to 12th every year at the Guangzhou International Convention and Exhibition Hall. 2、 Indoor booth:

Standard booth: RMB 9800/piece (3m * 3m/piece)

Booth Description: Specification: 3m × 3m, basic configuration includes one table and two chairs, Chinese and English lintels, fluorescent lamps, garbage bin, and one 220V/5A power socket.

Open space booth: 1080 yuan/square meter; Starting rent of 36 square meters

Empty space description: Starting from 36 square meters, no exhibition equipment or facilities will be provided. Exhibitors will design and build their own booths, and all water and electricity costs will be borne by the exhibitors themselves.

Exhibition process

1. Apply for a booth. Exhibiting enterprises shall fill out the "Exhibition Contract Form" in detail, affix the official seal, and send two copies of the original business license with the official seal by express delivery to the handling unit for application.

2. Booth arrangement. The arrangement of booths follows the principle of "registration first, payment first, and arrangement first". In order to unify the image of the conference, the organizer has the right to adjust a small number of booths.

3. Payment confirmation. After the exhibiting enterprise signs the contract, the full amount of the exhibition fee shall be remitted to the designated account of the organizer within 5 working days, and the electronic receipt of the remittance shall be sent to the organizer. If it is not fulfilled, the organizer has the right to cancel the company's reservation for the booth.

4. Contract establishment. Within 5 working days, send back the "Exhibition Contract Form" stamped with the official seal to the exhibiting enterprise. After the organizer receives the payment, the contract will be established.

5. Prepare for exhibition. Based on one-on-one dedicated personnel providing real-time exhibition tracking services to prepare for a series of exhibition arrangements, relevant information can be found on the exhibition website for details.

6. Please refer to the Exhibitor Handbook for details on conference reception, accommodation, exhibition transportation, and exhibition setup. The handbook will be sent to exhibitors two months before the opening of the Expo.
