Exhibition Procedures
1. Exhibitors need to sign and stamp the exhibition contract with the organizer, and then fax or mail it to the exhibition organizer.
2. The organizer will arrange the booth according to the principle of "signing the contract, making payment, and confirming".
3. Exhibitors will fax the telegraphic transfer voucher to the organizer. The organizer will send the Exhibitor Handbook and Exhibition Confirmation Letter two months in advance of the conference, and register with the Exhibition Confirmation Letter to receive the exhibition certificate.
The registration deadline is April 30, 2024, and the organizer reserves the right to adjust some booths.
