Digital is entering our lives and work everywhere, and digital exhibitions have gone from static to dynamic, to today's interactive display, forming a rich and huge industrial system. It can be said that the digital exhibition industry system and industrial chain are constantly undergoing technological innovation and affecting social production and life.

To meet this demand, Hongwei has jointly created the "Asian Digital Exhibition and Exhibition Expo". The Expo is jointly created by Guangdong Hongwei International Convention and Exhibition Group, industry organizations, and enterprises. It will be held from May 10 to 12, 2024 at the China Import and Export Commodity Fair Exhibition Hall in Guangzhou. The Expo aims to connect the presentation chain of the digital industry and enable equipment and content manufacturers worldwide to find development and cooperation channels that belong to this industry. It is born to meet the needs of technological development and people's daily lives, achieving dual acceleration of digital vision and landing. Exhibition fees:

1. Standard booth: 12800 RMB per domestic enterprise and 2600 USD per overseas enterprise.

2. Luxury standard booth (3M * 3M): RMB 15800 per domestic enterprise, USD 3000 per overseas enterprise

Standard booth description: Specification: 3m × 3m, including three white hoardings (2.5 meters high), one negotiation table, two folding chairs, two fluorescent lamps, Chinese and English lintels, trash bin, carpet, and 500W lighting socket.

Luxury standard booths, in addition to the above configurations, will be uniformly decorated with luxury, effectively reflecting the overall strength and image of participating enterprises. Design drawings are available for reference.

3. Open space booth (starting from 36 square meters): RMB 1180/square meter for domestic enterprises, USD 260/square meter for foreign enterprises

Explanation: The minimum rent is 36 square meters, excluding any facilities. Exhibitors need to design and decorate themselves, and a special decoration management fee of 28 yuan/square meter will be charged according to the regulations of the exhibition hall

Exhibition procedures:

1. After the exhibiting companies confirm their participation, please confirm the booth location, fill out the "Exhibition Application Form" in detail, stamp it with the official seal, copy the business license with the official seal, and scan it to the organizing committee

2. After exhibitors register, participating companies are required to make a remittance within five working days. Please send the remittance receipt to the organizing committee (see the exhibition application form for the remittance account). If the deadline is exceeded, the organizing committee will not retain the booth;

3. After the organizing committee confirms the exhibitor's booth, they will send an "Exhibitor Handbook" via email, which includes information related to exhibit transportation, booth design and construction, travel and accommodation arrangements, item rental and service, advertising, and visa applications;

4. During the exhibition, the organizing committee will issue a unified invoice for exhibition fees.

5. The principle of booth arrangement is "apply first, pay first, and allocate first". But to ensure the overall effect of the exhibition, the organizing committee reserves the right to make final adjustments to the booth.
