It showcases the complete set of housing construction technologies for energy-saving and environmentally friendly housing in a provincial and local manner, guiding the housing industry to continuously improve its performance and promoting the development of modern housing industrialization. On the basis of successfully showcasing and promoting the "China Tomorrow's Home" concept housing in the first eight sessions of the China Housing Expo, the conference will focus on launching the "China Tomorrow's Home 2024" theme demonstration exhibition and promotion activities in this exhibition. Another highlight of the conference is to showcase the development achievements of the national housing industrialization base, actively promote the construction of a procurement information platform for affordable housing building materials and components, and continue to focus on showcasing and commending the ten key promotion technologies of the "provincial energy conservation and environmental protection" modern housing industry.

（2） Development and Exhibition of National Housing Industrialization Base

28 national housing industrialization bases, including pilot cities leading the development of the entire urban housing industry and leading enterprises with strong connectivity and driving capabilities, are the vanguard of the development of the housing industry. They have played a demonstrative and guiding role in promoting the modernization of the housing industry, exploring the development mode of the housing industry, and promoting the transformation and technological upgrading of housing construction methods. In order to promote and publicize the scientific and technological achievements of the National Housing Industrialization Base in terms of residential structural systems, residential components, and complete technology, this exhibition will focus on showcasing the development achievements and innovative capabilities of each base.

In the next five years, China will build 36 million units of affordable housing.
