Exhibition procedures

1. Exhibitors are requested to fill out the "Exhibition Application Form" in detail, stamp it with the official seal, and then fax or send it to the organizing committee of the conference.

Within 5 working days after registration, the company shall transfer the exhibition fees to the designated account of the conference to determine the booth.

3. Booths, advertisements, etc. will be arranged uniformly by the organizing committee, with the principle of "apply first, pay first, and allocate first".

4. In case of uncontrollable factors such as natural disasters, government actions, social anomalies, etc., the organizing unit may delay or cancel the exhibition.

5. Special reminder: It is strictly prohibited to sublet or resell the rented booth.
