Notice on Holding the Second 2023 Smart Oil and Gas Field Technology Exchange Conference and Smart Factory Technology Seminar

Recently, the National Energy Administration issued several opinions on accelerating the digital and intelligent development of energy, clarifying the goals of digital transformation and intelligent development in the petroleum and petrochemical industry. In the context of the new era of intelligence and "dual carbon", digital transformation and intelligent development have become extremely core and important strategic research directions that cannot be avoided in the petroleum and petrochemical industry. To promote the deep integration of intelligent technologies such as cloud computing, big data, the Internet of Things, artificial intelligence, 5G, industrial internet, and digital twins with core business of petroleum and petrochemical, promote the transformation of production methods and optimization of management processes, and create a "smart demonstration project", "smart oilfield", "smart factory", collaborative production and operation, and scientific strategic decision-making "Digital China Petroleum and Petrochemical". After research and decision by the China Petroleum and Petrochemical Engineering Research Association, the Second Smart Oil and Gas Field Technology Exchange Conference and Smart Factory Technology Seminar will be held in October 2023. The conference will invite leaders and experts from companies related to China National Petroleum Corporation, Sinopec, CNOOC, China National Chemical Corporation, and Yanchang Petroleum to attend and give special presentations. The conference focuses on technological exchanges for enterprise digital transformation, smart oil and gas fields, and smart factories. Leaders, experts, and scientific and technological workers from petroleum and petrochemical enterprises, universities, research institutes, and related units across the country are welcome to actively participate.
