The annual Guangzhou International Surface Treatment Industry Exhibition is a renowned and globally recognized industry event that has been actively participated by well-known enterprises after 23 years of hard work. Exhibition fees:
Domestic exhibitors: Standard booth: RMB 14800/full exhibition period/9 square meters, RMB 18800/full exhibition period/12 square meters (double opening plus RMB 1000).
Empty space: 1500 RMB/㎡, starting rent for 36 ㎡ booth: 3800 USD/full exhibition period/9 ㎡ for foreign exhibitors.
Empty venue: $380 per square meter (with a construction management fee of RMB 28 per square meter to be paid).
9 ㎡ booth configuration: fence, Chinese and English lintel, one negotiation table, two chairs, one trash can, and two fluorescent lamps. (Note: Power sockets must be rented separately).
Product launches, technical seminars/each session costs 10000 RMB.
◆ Advertising projects for the conference:
The journal of this conference is in 32 Kai (210mm) × 140mm imported copperplate paper, hardcover printing, distributed to visitors during the conference. Welcome enterprises to publish advertising layouts and other promotional methods. The fee standard is as follows: (RMB).
Cover: 68000 yuan; Ticket: 10000 yuan/10000 tickets; Second and third envelopes: 28000 yuan; Highlights and back cover: 38000 yuan; Color page: 8000 yuan; Gift bags: 30000 yuan/5000 pieces.
Please provide the designed advertising documents. If our company needs to design them, a design fee of RMB 1000 per page will be charged.
Exhibition registration procedures:
After filling out the receipt form and affixing the official seal, mail or fax it to our company.
Exhibiting companies shall remit the exhibition fees to our company's account within one week of receiving the "booth confirmation letter" and return the remittance receipt to our company.
After our company receives the exhibitor's exhibition fees, the contract will officially take effect; Exhibiting companies are not allowed to sublet or lend to third parties in any way.
The allocation order of booths will be prioritized based on the registration time and booth size.
