It has played a positive role in expanding domestic and international markets for beauty and cosmetics enterprises both domestically and internationally, and in promoting communication and enhancing exchanges between buyer and seller markets. As a professional beauty and cosmetics exhibition in the industry, BJBE not only witnesses the rise and prosperity of China's beauty industry, but also successfully builds a platform for business negotiations for enterprises in this industry, becoming the brand exhibition chosen by enterprises in this industry every year. On May 13th (8:30-17:00), special decoration enterprises will register and set up exhibitions

On May 14th (8:30-20:00), all enterprises will register and set up exhibitions

May 15th (8:30-16:30) Exhibition opening, exhibition display, trade negotiations, exchanges, and transactions

On May 16th (8:30-16:30), exhibition, trade negotiations, exchanges, and transactions

May 17th (8:30-15:00) Exhibition display, business negotiation, exchange, and exhibition closing

Exhibition Notice:

1. Having a business license for corporate legal entities.

2. The operation of imported cosmetics requires a customs inspection certificate.

3. The manufacturer has a production license or business license, as well as a product quality inspection certificate from the Food and Drug Administration.

4. During the exhibition, intellectual property protection will be strengthened.

5. We will not engage in the operation of counterfeit or inferior products, and will be responsible for any consequences that may arise. (Note: All kinds of documents mentioned above. Bring your own copies for inspection by relevant management departments).

Exhibition procedures:

1. Fill out the exhibition application form by email, mail, or fax to the organizing unit;

2. Within 3 working days of applying for a booth, 50% (deposit) or full payment of the exhibition fee shall be wired or paid to the organizing unit, and the remaining amount shall be paid before April 10, 2024; Otherwise, the organizing committee will consider it as automatically forfeiting its participation qualification. Companies registering after April 10th must pay the full amount within three days;

3. Principle of booth sequence allocation: "Apply first, pay first, arrange first";

4. After receiving the exhibition fees, the organizing committee will forward the "Exhibitor Handbook" via email one month before the exhibition, which includes the main schedule and various service items of the exhibition, booth construction, rental of exhibition equipment and electricity applications, accommodation arrangements, and exhibition transportation guidelines.
