Preface:

In order to further improve the scale, mechanization, and informatization level of the coal industry in the western region, strengthen the exchange and cooperation between domestic and foreign coal technology and equipment research and development production enterprises and coal industry enterprises, and respond to the Sichuan Provincial Economic and Information Commission, Sichuan Provincial Safety Production Supervision and Administration Bureau The Sichuan Coal Mine Safety Supervision Bureau has decided to hold the 2024 Sichuan International Coal Expo after research by relevant departments, focusing on coal mine safety, disaster prevention and reduction, promoting coal mining method reform, introducing and improving modern and mechanized equipment levels, promoting coal energy conservation and emission reduction, achieving coal mine safety production and sustainable, stable, healthy and development, strengthening domestic and foreign coal technology equipment research and development, as well as communication and cooperation between production enterprises and coal science and engineering enterprises. At that time, more than 300 enterprises from across the country will gather together to discuss new trends in the industry and jointly promote a new future of high-quality development in the industry.

During the Expo, activities such as the "Smart Mines and Mine Safety Forum" and the "Coal Chemical Industry Development Forum" were held. We will invite relevant academicians, relevant departments of the Department of Natural Resources, safety production supervision and management departments, experts, scholars, and representatives of enterprises to attend the conference. The expo will showcase resource introductions, government and corporate image exhibitions, coal and coal chemical related technologies, equipment, and services.

Booth:

1. Standard booth: 3m × 3m (9 ㎡)

Booth configuration:

Standard booth (three sided fence, corporate lintel, one table and two chairs, two spotlights)

Light space: No configuration provided, exhibiting companies can design and build their own booths.

Note: If special electricity is required, please apply in advance.

Exhibition procedures:

1. Fill out the exhibition application form, stamp it with the official seal, and mail or scan it to the organizing committee of the conference.

2. Pay the exhibition fees within one week of applying for a booth and transfer them to the designated account of the conference.

3. The remaining payment shall be remitted to the organizing committee of the conference within one month before the start of the exhibition. Otherwise, it shall be deemed as giving up the participation. The organizer will receive the application form and exhibition fees, and will mail the exhibition manual within one month before the exhibition. Exhibitors will withdraw from the exhibition midway after the exhibition, and the exhibition fees will not be refunded. In order to ensure the smooth progress of the exhibition, the organizer has the right to make temporary adjustments to some booths in case of unexpected special circumstances.
