The 2024 Xi'an International Aviation and Aerospace Exhibition will be held grandly from March 14th to 17th, 2024 at the Xi'an Airport Convention and Exhibition Center. Under the major strategic opportunity of the "the Belt and Road", this exhibition deeply discussed the sharing of the avionics industry, gave full play to the market role and reform and innovation display, expanded the new situation of economic and trade development in the aerospace region, and accelerated the innovative development of the aerospace region. Exhibition procedures

1. The booth is arranged according to the principle of "registration first, payment first, and arrangement first".

2. Choose a booth, fill out the "Exhibition Application Form" in detail, sign and stamp it, and then scan or mail it to the exhibition organizing committee.

3. Exhibitors shall pay the full amount within 3 working days from the date of registration.

4. After receiving the full booth fee, the organizing committee will issue the "Exhibitor Handbook" to the exhibiting units, and the exhibiting units will report and set up the exhibition within the specified time with the letter.

5. If the exhibitor fails to pay the deposit within the prescribed time, the organizing committee has the right to transfer the booth.

6. The organizing committee will issue an Exhibitor's Guide to exhibitors, providing detailed information on pre exhibition matters.

7. Exhibitors will provide company profiles and company news to the organizing committee, which will serve the exhibitors through media, official website and official account.

[Fee Standards]
Standard booth: 9m2 double opening with an additional fee of 500 yuan. The standard booth includes 3 display boards (two display boards at the corner booth). It is equipped with one table and two chairs, carpet, lintel production, and a 220V power socket;
Open Space Booth: Minimum rent of 36 square meters or more. The organizer only provides open space and no other exhibition supporting facilities. Exhibitors must design and build their own booths
