7Participation Procedures：

1. After the enterprise confirms to participate in the exhibition, it shall request the exhibition application form (contract form) from the organizing unit and fill out the stamped official seal, fax or mail it to the organizing unit;

2. Both parties sign the exhibition contract, and the exhibitor shall pay 50% or the full deposit of the booth within 5 working days; If the deposit or balance is not paid as required, the organizing unit will not retain the confirmed booth location.

Exhibitors are required to pay the remaining balance before March 20, 2024, otherwise the organizer has the right to adjust or cancel their designated booth;

4. After receiving all booth fees, the organizing unit shall send the "Exhibitor Handbook" to the exhibitors by email or express delivery within one month before the start of the exhibition. Guide exhibitors to prepare for various exhibitions.

5. The organizer reserves the right to adjust the booth position based on the overall needs of the conference.
