Participation Procedures

Exhibitors should fill out the "Exhibition Application Form", stamp it with their official seal, and then fax or send it to the organizing committee of the conference.

Exhibitors must pay a full payment or a deposit of 30% or more of the exhibition fee within five valid working days after registration, in order to determine the booth; The remaining balance shall be paid before April 5, 2024;

Booths, advertisements, etc. will be arranged by the organizing committee in a unified manner, with priority given to co organizers who will apply, pay, and allocate first;

If a registered exhibitor is unable to participate due to personal reasons, the fees paid will not be refunded, and the reserved booth will be fully handled by the organizer;

For the overall layout of the exhibition, the organizing unit has the right to adjust the position of individual booths as necessary;
